These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products via our site.

Payment

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), exclusive of GST.

Australian purchases will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Your payment will be processed using DPS- Payment Express. www.paymentexpress.com one of NZ's most trusted and robust payment gateways, to ensure the most secure online payment system.

Once your order is finalised and payment processed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
 

Delivery

Delivery Policy

This service is only available within New Zealand and Australia. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
 

Delivery Fee

New Zealand - Free Delivery by NZ Couriers. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and you should receive your order within 3 working days.
Australia - NZ$9.95 International Air Mail via NZ Post, delivery 3 - 10 working days.

 

International Customers

International online shopping is only available to customers in Australia.  Unfortunately we are unable to ship to other countries.
 

Returns

Returns Policy

Feel Alive is committed to providing quality products to our customers Please ensure that you use the SIZING CHART before purchasing Feel Alive products .

If the product is faulty, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the same method for payment received.

Feel Alive has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.


Your rights when you change your mind

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not have to give you a refund if:

  • you decide you don’t want the goods
  • you find the same thing cheaper elsewhere
  • you bought something for someone else that they don’t like or already have
  • you bought clothes that don’t fit
  • you bought something that doesn’t match what you already have

Please include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund. 

*Postage charges on returns are non-refundable. Feel Alive Limited does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.

We will process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel. 
 

Faulty Product

If you receive faulty or incorrect product, please contact us. Please quote your order number. We will arrange free return and an exchange or refund.
